Refreshing and healthy drink
for the crouching heat of summer.
Ingredients
§ Curd –
1 glass (thick curd)
§ Banana –
1
§ Water – ½
glass (Chilled)
§ Salt –
pinch of it
§ Ice cubes
§ Sugar –
3 tsp (alternatively you can use 3 tsp of Honey* )
Method
1. Peel and cut banana into small pieces.
2. Blend curd, banana and sugar in a mixer.
3. Now add the chilled water, salt and blend it
again. You can increase/decrease the amount of water based on the consistency you would like to have for your drink.
4. Pour it into the glasses, with ice cubes.
5. For extra taste you can add small banana pieces on
the top.
6. Enjoy and beat the summer heat ! J
Serving
Serve the drink chilled topped with thin banana slices.
Tip
* Honey
can be used instead of sugar for a healthier drink.
